Traditionally fired clay – new beginning, germ and transition to Ostara
The vessel of the beginning comes to you in a size of 14x8x8cm and weighing 1kg, securely packaged in self-recycled cushioning material.
The Vessel of Beginnings is an archaic ritual vessel made of clay, created for times of new beginnings.
It marks the transition from the invisible to the visible – silent, grounded, and open.
The vessel is oval-shaped and fired using a smoke firing technique. The surface remains unglazed and earthy; each piece bears the marks of fire and time.
Below the upper recess is an open compartment into which a note with a wish, goal or intention can be placed.
Nothing is locked.
The intention remains accessible – revealed, not hidden.
A spiral is incorporated into the upper recess. It holds the enclosed seed ball and makes visible what wants to grow.
The seed ball – from symbol to growth
The included seed ball is intended for actual germination.
Place them on the spiral, burying one-third of their length in soil.
Water them carefully and regularly:
The soil should remain slightly moist.
not wet
but also not dry out.
Germination needs time, peace and consistency.
Once the first plants become visible, they can easily be moved to a larger pot, onto the balcony or into the garden.
In this way, the ritual is linked to a real growth process.
Citrine & Carnelian – deliberately used
Citrine and carnelian are firmly embedded in the clay.
They were not chosen as decoration, but as part of the meaning of the vessel.
Carnelian represents the initial impulse: vitality, movement, the courage to begin something.
He reminds us that every beginning requires a step.
Citrine represents clarity, trust, and inner alignment.
He supports perseverance when growth requires time.
Since both stones are firmly embedded, they accompany the process permanently – quietly, without activation or intervention.
