Immerse yourself in the mystical world of Celtic mythology with our handcrafted backflow incense cone holder depicting the captivating goddess of darkness, Morrigan. This exquisite clay incense holder is not only a visual centerpiece but also offers a unique and soothing fragrance experience. As the smoke flows through the holder, it creates a hypnotic effect that enchants your senses and transports your mind into the deep mysteries of Celtic legend. A must-have for any lover of mysticism and spiritual exploration.
Morrigan is a shapeshifter who, according to legend, could transform herself into a raven or a crow.
The dark goddess Morrigan is multifaceted and changeable, making her almost elusive to us. She is also the goddess of night and death. Although both of these things are perceived negatively and fearfully in our human minds, they are nevertheless an important part of the greater whole.
Morrigan also represents the darkness that resides within each of us, the darkness we never want to show the world. The unspoken and mysterious, the strange dreams of the night. The next time a raven flies overhead, it may be the goddess herself, trying to remind you that wherever there is light, there is also darkness. In Celtic mythology, women like Morrigan represent the complete cycle of life: they have the power to give life (through birth) and to take it (by deciding who will die on the battlefield).

My clay sculptures and jewelry pendants are less replicas of excavated treasures than my own intuitive interpretations. I allow the creation of each piece to unfold naturally, always inspired by my knowledge of the Neo- and Paleolithic periods, as well as by my extended stay in mystical England many years ago.

Each of my manufactured pieces is 100% made by my own hands, without the use of molds, stencils, etc., and is therefore unique, which is further enhanced by the random coloring during the firing process in the fire.
My works are not glazed but receive their silky matte sheen through polishing with agate before firing, which enhances their beauty from within.
Working with clay and then firing the pieces in fire grounds me considerably - I would be very happy to share this feeling with anyone interested in my pieces.
